How does Capital Rentals work?

We rent a property and then list it on short term rental platforms. We own multiple properties ourselves internationally. When renting, the property is managed just like a normal private rental where we pay you your monthly rent, have regular inspections and a tenancy agreement signed by both parties.

What happens if there’s damage?

This is highly unlikely given the strict vetting process, however if there is any damage, you can rest assured knowing we have the appropriate short-term rental insurance in place.
